Our consultation and coaching services are typically single or ongoing 45-minute weekly or bi-weekly sessions involving education, direction, accountability,
support, brainstorming, or step-by-step instructions on minor or short-term goals,  projects, or ventures. They include 1 follow-up email, text, or call per session where you are able to get your questions answered for any obstacles you encounter implementing the tools and knowledge discussed in the session or simply to touch base.
